One final one before I leave work
Melf's Acid Tab
Creates 6 small pieces of paper that go into your inventory (much like goodberry)
These pieces of paper may be put into quick item slots and be used just like potions
After swallowing the total effect lasts for 8 hours but each turn user must randomise the specific effect for that turn. Sample specific effects include;
Imagined Flight (the user imagines that he now has the ability to fly and as such will attempt to jump of tall buildings etc.)
Confusion (the user just wanders round in a world of his own)
Detect Invisible (the user will be able to see creatures that are not there, he will even be able to hold conversations with them)
Imaginary Transformation (the user believes that he has transformed into a random creature and will gain all the mannerisms of said creature etc. if the user imaginarry transforms into a bird then he also gains the ability of imagined flight)
Improved catonic state (the user becomes catonic and no amount of action from other party members will wake him up)

As I recall, the effects of the Melf's Acid Tab can also resemble a Time Stop spell...

Speed
Similar to the 3rd level spell Haste, this spell increases the movement rate of the target by 100%. Attacks per round are increased by 1 1/2. However, the target becomes so jittery that there is a 80% chance of spell failure, and a 30% chance of the target becoming beserk. Furthermore, CHA is reduced by 3, owing to the machine-gun stuttering.

I thought I'd dig up this old beauty again.
Summon Jordan
Range: 38FFF
Casting Couch Time: 2 minutes
Duration: directly proportional to the quantity of silicone at hand
Saving Throw: males: none. Females: N/A
Area of effect: chest height
When this spell is cast, a 38-32-34hd Mancunian topless model is summoned. The effect of this spell is similar to that of the level 7 druid spell Nature's Beauty. However, it affects all men, including those in your party. The effect on women is similar to that of a Berserker's enrage skill. Some have described this spell as "unnatural beauty".
I can also think of a spell related to Osama Bin Laden, but it's probably in poor taste.

Summon Davo
Summons an Australian male of average everything who will sit and listen, or wander off as the mood takes him.
