texas specializes in beef mainly...brisket especially.
i spent an entire summer driving around texas eating bar-b-q tryign to find the best places,
so for those of you in texas or might visit...and want to know where the best brisket, ribs, pork chops, cole slaw, potato salad is, just ask...</STRONG>
