I used the exp cap remover, and used contingencies with horrid wilting and lower resistance and such. as soon i was able to use that strategy, everything was extremely easy, not in the least because you stay invisible when your contingencies are triggered. I'd like to know how the enemies in ToB are going to stop me with this

for some strange way i can't get to kill Irenicus in my slayer from even with all kinds of protection( stoneskin,fire shield)
and cast time stop.
the slayer form always kills me because suddenly i start to get some serieus damage

killing him while transformed into the slayer is still difficult. You cant just walk up and hack and slash and wait till he's dead.

so any suggestions how to do it??
i tried so much even really cheesy moves like casting simularicum and a couple of project image and let all of them cast times stop and trow magic meteors on him nice fireworks but he still wont die

just summon loads and loads of critters to harras him. You can best use simulacrum to do that since you cant do anything if you summon an elemental for example. With my ranger/cleric and vhailors helm i kicked his ass with ease. Since you can bypass the 5 creature limit with simulacrum, you can summon like 30 elementals, demons, whatever. Just haste them, turn into the slayer, and let him hit the summoned creatures while you whack him.

U-nig 3 things:

1. i'm talking about my solo sorceror not my ranger/cleric
2. i aint got the vailor helmet.
3. i don't have any haste scroll (stupid i know)

i'm telling you, the best thing is to send out the bunnies to take up the spells and demons. then you can hang back and kill at will. also, i believe baldurdash has a fix so that the staff of magi actually does cast protection from evil. skeletal warriors, mordenkains sword, that horn that summons a berserker, the bunnies are the key, plus a simulcram to ensure your safety is great as well, not to mention the extra spells. i don't think anything can survive 12 mordenkain's swords hackign them to death.

Hello boys!!!!! I'm back from germany.....it was really a great success!!!!! People was really happy of the live concert. We had a lot to work, but the job was definetly worth it!!!!
Back to the topic now....waiting for ToB to be released....any news in those days?????

3 things:
- you can summon creatures with a sorcerer too, i was just using the ranger/cleric as an example
- you can CAST simulacrum instead of using the helm
- you dont really need haste since YOU kill him, your creatures are just to take the hits.

Just lower their saving throws and use lots of spells or turn into the slayer.

btw i think one of the most important spells for a solo sorcerer is haste, since you'll always need some creatures and without haste they're just cannon fodder. When hasted they can still do some serious damage to your enenmies. (If you help them with breach and such once in a while)

3. i don't get to kill him as i said because the slayer form kills me before I. dies
