lol! Well they were just sweet, we all had a wonderful time, and my son also asked when he'd be able to meet you again. As I mentioned to you and Mrs. Gwally, you are welcome to come up any time you are in the Pacific Northwest. Vancouver is only about a 2-3 hour drive from Seattle, and it is a lovely city to visit

btw, any chance you could send me that chicken recipe you made (along with the sauce)?. That was yummy!

I agree there.

I always found it disturbing witness the biggest people in school tormenting those who kept to themselves and non-violent. In groups against just one person too. I was the quiet smart one that make kids cry when verbally attacked. It caused all sorts of trouble making a bully cry when he started picking on me. They don't bother saying anything, just grab 5 friends to wail on you with.

That takes a lot of bravery to go out of your way as a young man to stick up for someone else in a public situation. That puts him in the spotlight for being targeted next time, yet he stood up for his friend.

And people wonder why kids shoot up schools. I wonder why more don't do it.

Yeah, two or three weeks after Columbine I got attacked, from behind, by a former linebacker. Over the fact he wanted my seat in study hall of all things. He'd tormented me for 3 months over that fact and after being hit from behind into the wall by the kid, I LOST IT. Got up, he was laughing and I told him he was a dead man if he didn't run. He thought it was funny until my friend grabbed me and I tipped him over shaking him off of me. My friend was the lead tackler on the football team and was a big boy. I chased him down, jumping over desks and the teacher walked through the door seeing me chasing him and threatening him. I got expelled from my district altogether for that one. Never laid a hand on the boy, he got off with 2 day detention for assault and battery. I wouldn't have killed him, just made it so he had to use crutches for the next semester. You'd think someone twice my size would at least have the courage to hit me when I could see it coming.

Alright, apologies for the monstrous post but I got dragged into a meeting yesterday and missed all the fun. So, albeit a day late, here's my two cents from yesterday's ramblings.

BS, I thought about you last night when I was in winn-dixie. I saw a fine selection of MD 20/20 and a bottle of Thunderbird for sale. TB is only $4! I've never seen it before last night. Nevermind what I was doing cruising the wino aisle of a trashy-mart.

WOW! Thunderbird, brings back memories or a lack thereof, as it were. Ever jumped on the Nighttrain as long as you're looking for a cheap wino drunk.

Much of what I saw was straight out of Jeff Foxworthy. My favourite moment was when we passed... a beaten up mobile home, complete with all kinds of trash around it and the obligatory nine rusting cars on the lawn. To top it off in the midst of it all there was a shiny new oil drum and somebody had lovingly stenciled the word "TRASH" on its side, and at the edge of the lawn there was a Statue of Liberty replica holding a Rebal flag I was ROFLMAO!

Did you steal the statue of liberty? If not, could you ask Scayde to go and pilfer it for me. I'm starting a redneck museum here in the upper midwest and such a relic would be a cornerstone.

True, true but do you really know about the brew. Such things have not come up for a long time around here. I couldn't even say what happened to the stilll. Perhaps we can from a new DF (Drink Finders) and set off on a quest throughout the realm of SYM in search of the still. It was left and forgotten in a thread somewhere. Could make for a grand adventure, maybe we could have a contest in SYM to see if some member could find it. If it's a female, they could win a date with the staff.

Well, in between the orgies. Aegis was a tav regular back then too. Heactually had a bear that most of the distilling, and then there were the colored bunnies; but if I recall they were merely a figment of the collective's imagination. I don't know, we all saw them when we drank the stuff. We never figured out how all hallucinated the same thing.

No bunnies for me, pink elephants. Been that way since I was 6.

Yeah, that was a good thread. It started before my time in SYM, however, it carried on long enough for me to get involved. I seem to remember dragging fire trucks into that thread along with a corruption of Gwally. Good times.

I suppose. I don't think you'll find any of that before Halloween of 2001. That's right around I started to migrate a lot into SYM and taverns.
