Beldin:
**SLURRs some E.S.S. from the tub**
I really HATE my connection....it's slow enough for me to have a coffee break while one page of SYM loads.....**starts to invent swearwords**
In case I lose connection again - c u later @all.....
**Lights another spliff and leans back in the tub**

Yep, this latest Odie comes courtesy of Georgi, with resizing done by Weasel.
Nice to see Stil put in a cameo appearance.
@Beldin-I know what you mean.
How did the meeting go @Eerhardt?

Yeah, it was great to see Stil's still very much committed to SLURRing
-
@Stilgar: good luck on the tests! And, since I probably won't be around on Sunday: happy SYMian birthday, man! We'll celebrate as soon as you can!
@Ode: no biggy. Just going through some of the new requests we got the past week.
EDIT - the avatar was inspired by all the licking, no doubt
@Beldin: C U later man if you lose connection...

Good afternoon @all
Nice Crypt you've got back there
**points to guestroom**
At least this time I didn't lose my memory, or perhaps I should have
**hands Monty back to Kam**
Thanks, I didn't need him after all.
**drops in a chair**
I need a drink, I spent two hours running round Sigil looking for a receipt I hadn't gotten due to a bug and then had to edit it in ...
Nice avatar @Ode and good luck @Stilgar

I think it was @Eerhardt.
So what's Sigil like this time of year @Mysty?
**Gets two pints of E.S.S. and hands one to Mysty, taking a swig from the other**

Gotta hate those bugs
-
Hi Mysty, did you sleep well
? (sorry about that, but I don't regret it, seeing it kept you here and that you don't hold a grudge against me
) - I take it your past the valuable skull-thing, then? ** orders Dusty to bring him a glass of straight shine **

by Mysteria
@E: me too
. At least I managed to get the missing item in, or else I'd have lost about 6h worth of gaming
As I can't die, I haven't been very diligent with saving
Oh, and yes, I'm past the valuable skull thing , finally
@Ode: depends on where you are, the Lower Ward is pretty rough, there's always thugs thinking that they can pick on me, the Market Ward is full of smoke (damn foundery ...) and the Upper Ward is very, uhm, sensual, with Sensates running round everywhere.
I hope you've some idea about Sigil and understand what I'm talking about
**looks at E.S.S**
Ah, erm, better watch out I don't have another accident with the hottub ... whoops, did I just say that out loud?

Go ahead, Mysty, the E.S.S. is safe... you had just had a
Buck's FIZZ when
somebody melted down our previous hottub. As you can see, we've already christianed the new one
** SLURRs some more E.S.S. ** Like I said before, the only side-effect to the Electric Shine Stinger is electrical resistance... I believe you even wanted to take some of it with you to Sigil... ** orders Dusty to fill up a few empty potion bottles with E.S.S. for Mysty **

Not really, we were only there briefly to cater for a wedding. I do seem to recall everything being full of smoke, though that was most likely our fault.
If you see a cute little tiefling looking vaguely disappointed then tell her Odie sends his love, and that the hot-tub awaits.
I installed some automatic sprinkler systems after your last mishap, so don't worry.

@E: ups, my fault
There seem to be a little too many drinks to keep track of.
Packs in E.S.S. provisions. Thanks, those will be helpful.
@Ode: lol, more 'smog'?
Hm, I do have a tiefling in my group, but she seems rather fiery, so, I guess that's not the one.
**sips away at E.S.S. trying not to get too drunk as she hates hiccups, only had to get rid of a cursed one not so long ago**

What colour hair does she have? She could have been fiery, but as we left in somewhat of a hurry before I really had a chance to get to know her I couldn't say for sure. She seemed to like the hot-tub, though.
Lousy bridegroom, picking a fight with Beldin...

Well, Ode, she's a startling red-head clad in leather armour. Her right arm is covered in interlocking plates, like scales from an animal and a shoulder piece with a horn protects protects her left arm. Strangely enough, she's got a tail that's swiping left and right almost constantly.

No worries
(copyright@Beldin) - it's our job to keep track of the drinks... better stay away from the GIGGLE then
** empties his glass of straight shine **
EDIT - I remember her! She was cute, though...

Straight from GB, I give you:
Is it her, Ode?
Oh, yes the GIGGLE ...

Not the one, then.
There was the one I was thinking of was more or less human in appearance apart from her pinkish hair, no tail (and I'd have noticed, believe me)
@Eerhardt-Yeah, that was the
other bridesmaid. You remember?

lousy groom picking a fight, indeed

**finishes her E.S.S.**
See your round
**gets towards the door, trying to walk straight**
don't you think he might have had a reason to pick a fight, hm?

by Ode to a Grasshopper
Why, it was
his wedding, we weren't trying to pick up his newly wedded wife or anything. Just the bridesmaids.
Maybe he was just greedy.
@Eerhardt-I never got round to asking, was the tail furry or scaly?
And vividly is correct.

CU round, Mysty, hate to see you go... but come back when you can! he was a greedy bastard, that's for sure... but let's not get into that
yet
** SLURRs some more E.S.S., walks over to the bar and orders a pint of
purple beer **
Neither, Ode, it was smooth... What did you think of her
bridesmaid outfit?
Posted: Fri Jun 14, 2002 8:13 am
by Ode to a Grasshopper
I quite liked it.
I was more interested in the other bridesmaid, but Annah's outfit definitely caught my attention.
**Lights up a spliff and starts toking away** What was Beldin doing before the cause of our sudden departure, anyway? I lost track of him when those two agreed to come back to the Rolling Thunder.
