Don't ask - part of the RL issues I'm drowning ** finishes his can of Duff Extra Cold ** I think I have to pass 3/4 of the calls I get on to the programmers as bugs, which means it'll take some time to solve and the (L)users have a nasty habit of taking it out on me ** contemplates on the fact that he's only half-way through drowning his issues and opens a keg of Duff **
