Waverly grabs the bottle before Chrissy can get a good hold on it, drinks it in one gulp, and lays back for a nap. Chrissy sulks.

@Melosh, try to keep Omar from Minerva in your story...I don't think she realizes just how diseased your mind is

After a while Chrissy hears the steady chopping of a helicopter. She puts her sunglasses on an recognises salvation. She is about to wake Waverly up but hesitates... Then she takes off without him. (That'll teach him... should have played your cards right boy... )

Waverly has gone back to the island. He is redoubling his efforts on the still and is filling his message bottles with bannana rum.

At least you're still there with banana rum... I'm stuck with the rest of the band lateron cause I'm quite sure Melosh is gonna fish Ubik out of the sea again... He can't do without the drummer. (And then there is Chrissy stuck with the monkey- and marine-lovers... while she could have been on an island with a guy with nice shoulders (admitted, he does talk to hairy coconuts but maybe he'll grow over it ) and banana rum. (Which is disgusting but does contain alcohol...)
