I'll take Eerhardt's advice and fix it up a little, and I'll email the altered version to Stil to see if he likes the modifications before posting it.

You mean this anime, Ode? Can't say that I have... is it good?

That's the one. It is, IMHO, one of the single best examples of anime I have ever seen, the only one that comes close to Ghost in the Shell.

The series goes for about 12 hours, if you can rent the episodes I'd suggest taking a day off and watching the whole series at once.
EDIT-@Stil-after all those purple beers, does the halfling still want to take over the world? Or would he rather just stay a SLURR-merchant and live the good life with few responsibilities?
