I'd say, give the shield to yourself, the armor to Magrus, and the weapon to me.
Any objections. I don't think any of you would use this weapon.

I'm doubting between a light (1ac) +2 shield or a Mithril heavy, I think itll be the light.

I can use a chain shirt. If you two want to sell the other two things and then divy the gold up (I'll help to make it exact) then we could do that.

I'm going with the light shield with the higher magic bonus, so I'll add a heavy Mith shield to the pile. I asume you drop your 'for sale' stuff there too

Chain shirt is light armor. You wouldn't lose speed at all.

I think I'd lose my wisdom bonus, and speed bonus and that's it...Siberys? Is that so?

Mithral shield+1- 2158

Added together and divided- 5239 divided to yourselves 3119 gold pieces each with the extra 1000 gold divided.
