Oh, I've broken my former pets of some nasty habits with some very fun ways before. I can't stand smoking and one of my ex's smoked, took a month but broke that habit too.

true. ive had to break an old girl friend of morphine. it was hard, but i managed to do it. to bad i didnt have a cattle prod, would have made things easier

I've found using a reward system works better than a punishment system. If you give them something they enjoy when they don't do the negative habit, they are more likely to try and avoid doing so again. If you punish them, chances are they'll just dissapear and not come around again.
