Currently, he's a mean, bad, evil, cruel bum. Eventually though, I'm hoping that through the other characters he sees the light and switches over. What AC and I have discussed is that he'll be captured sometime when he's around Windhaven and will be forced into the party as sort of a guide/informant. During that time there'll obviously be some conversations, etc, etc. It's kind of like when you have the opportunity to change NPC's alignments in Throne of Bhaal, like Sarevok in particular.
Then again, if we can't work that out, you can kill him personally.

Z,
The woman you're looking for is Tashara. I took some liberties there but it seems you're not too far from Tethyr. Logic carried me back to page one of the story and placed the legion of orcs Dragon Wench and the elves fought under your command. DW did significant damage to the legion with her spellcaster. Of course, some sneaky orc must've escaped that encounter and gotten back to you alerting you to the powerful mages presence. If I have erred, the post is easily edited. I just found it to be a convenient means to further bridge the currently existing gaps.
I also put a black orc in charge of the search party. Again, if I have erred, state it here and it will be cleaned up.

Crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women.
Ahh...ok. Just clarifying matters. I'll be sure to put that into my next post. Thanks for the new materiel.
A question about the armor: does Pharis look like an orc wearing the special armor or does he just look like an orc?
EDIT: Pharis is a human.
armor explanation
There is a link to the description of the armor. More or less it provides the wearer with a powerful illusion. In my posts, the orcs see their companion orc, whom I killed. Check out the link and let me know if that is clear enough.

Gotcha. The orcs wouldn't even know anything was different (physically).
Um...right now Erudish is supposed to fine AC/Sytze's trail and then follow them to Windhaven. What if he found Pharis and Tashara first and went with them to the village either being the captor or the captive?
If he were the captor Tashara and Pharis could somehow free themselves and violently bring him to Windhaven, if he were the captive...well, then it'd be a much quicker trip.
EDIT: I'll be back later...have some R/L business to attend to.

Z,
I would stick with the AC/Syzte route. Tashara and Pharis need to dispatch the orcs, earn a little trust with one another as none really exists. Then, I believe I will go with Tashara to shilmista and meet up with T'lainya and Yshania. Council there will decide whether or not Pharis is ready for civilization in windhaven.
Thus, I think I've already got enough variables to work with. I would like to see our group get to windhaven soon. Too many are there already waiting. BS is hallucinating magic mice displaying the superfriends. He needs something to do.
Ned, no problem, BS needs a half-orc to out-drink him.

I think there are several tavern threads over the years in SYM that will prove outdrinking BS to be a major challenge. And for the record, it's a compliment.

year's have gone by since the old BToN, and still the youngsters keep gunning for my title. I think I know how Hickok must have felt now
@Z...surprisingly enough, your character seems to have a few similarities to the way BS initially handled his own issues. Vengance is fine for awhile, and the chaos and death you reign feeds the fear people greet you with, but eventually you kill off all your drinking buddies or one too many harlots and next thing you know, you've got no one to drink with or keep you warm in the night. Of course, that's acceptable, but then you figure out you've got no one to boast about all your vile deeds to, and that just sucks

Guess what? I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!

Hey, not me. I couldn't outdrink anyone.
My character vs. your character mano y mano, who can stomach the most mead
BS and Erudish could be long lost twins
Seriously though, I think in the end, it will be different because what orc has any friends? Maybe the mighty mage Mickey can talk some sense into him eh?

Whose family tree, mine or yours?
If Amira and Amara are twins...and BS and Erudish are twins...does that make Snirf and Setanta their fathers?
The worst thing that could happen to Mickey is him becoming the main ingredient in the half-orc's next burger. C'mon my character doesn't bite, he chomps
R/L calls...adios.

*chuckles* Happy Wednesday morning, and btw... who's your daddy?!
If Snirf and Setanta are eligible batchelors #1 and #2, where do Fas and the cat play into all this? But seriously folks...
I think I'll start that thead with bios shortly. Like Ned said, it should all fit on a page or two. We can edit posts to keep them up to date. Putting it all in one post might be nice, but the logistics of that will be a nightmare.
