I'm not doin' too bad. I got Arcanum today. After getting killed twice, I've decided to read some more of the user's manual before playing again.

Is Arcanum good? I actually bought it months ago, but I thought I probably needed to read the manual before I played it... still haven't got round to it

I'm good, still fairly leisurely as the new semester doesn't start again until next week

It definitely has some good qualities. The interface and look is much like Diablo. I don't know what your opinion of Diablo is, but I found Diablo boring. However, Arcanum has enough other good things to keep me interested. Reading the user manual is definitely a good idea. My first char got killed after knocking herself out with her own spell. My second char shot herself. Though I had read some of the manual, those two events convinced me that I needed to do a bit more reading.

Bleah, you're lucky. I've got 3 classes tomorrow. 10AM-11AM, 11:50AM-1PM, and 3:30PM-5PM.

*yawns* I'm tired. I've been up since a little after 7AM because I have 8AM classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Classes are a truly horrid thing to have at 8AM, should be illegal. Anyway, I'm going to bed now. G'night.

BTW, you're right about classes at 8am - just as well I don't have any before midday

From what I have read, there isn't.

But, I am enjoying the story. Keep up the good work.

@ Kennett, what an amazing post rate, 48 in one day...and all in SYM. You must have lurked a long time before registering, or do I know you as another name? Not often do we see newbies dive straight into SYM like this...an accomplished spammer already...
