Hmmm...restricting membership in my opinion is a good idea.
We can't have a 200 member guild.
I like the present number - also there are many who will be part time or who won't play at all.
I personally will be part time, i have alot or real life stuff, so don't expect me to be playing every night.
Weekends of course yes.
As for how to restrict, i say they have to be GB members for one.
