ysh,
budwesier is a popular beer in the us. the problem is it is a heavily watered pilsner and not really a full flavored brew. kinda like smoking ultra lights or maybe cigarettes with a filter at all from your perspective (not saying your a smoker but don't most roll their own tobacco in the uk, that was my sister's take while at harlaxton). However, one interesting thing about budweiser is that it is an acronym. let me demonstrate.

I still take a guiness, though, maybe a murphy's.

Ysh, since my wife came from Califonia, that's what we usually drink (and, yes, I believe California is a country). However, it doesn't make any real difference any more: our grapes came from Europe to begin with, then with the grape blight in Europe, we sent grapes back. They're more or less the same.

smoking ain't no sin. Just didn't want to start no bad blood if'n you were an adamant anti smoker an' all. to me, smokins a mighty fine inedible tastee treet. I have no idear what happened to my spellin' or where this southern drawl done come from. Perhaps it's all that guiness you're feeding me.
Thanks. I felt I needed a distraction myself and was sure a few others did too. I am obviously in no way trying to detract - just distract. Spam is a GREAT medicinePosted by Ned -
Additionally, I must add you've raised quite a few peoples spirits (no pun intended @jennabard anyway, any other hard alcohol drinkers in the house) by starting this thread.
Oh Bugger!!!Posted by Ned -
It's made a lot of people smile and the drinks are real cheap.
