That changes things, lots of things.
I realize your character is unwise, and this is a perfect example of that sort of behavior, however even so, just because it's unwise doesn't mean you get to just say it and that's the end of that. I'm sorry but threatening an already hostile orc with a drawn weapon, you don't get to just sit down after that.
Also...I have to be brutally honest here as normally I wouldn't care but your character is the ultra-zealot example of a paladin, looking for examples of what would be considered evil behavior, and attempting to extinguish that behavior in any manner. Your next mission is a grave-robbing mission, and you're taking the property of kings. Your character doesn't make any sense with the game. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with your character being a paladin, but there are all sorts of paladins out there and the very nature of their class denotes committing an evil act itself, smiting (basically the idea that killing people is evil but to kill an evil person is good is a theocracy debate and twists the overall meaning of "evil").
I don't want you to leave the game, and I'm not asking you to change your class or race, but I do want you to rethink your character concept, as right now your supposed belief system contradicts the current mission you have accepted. I also want you to rethink how the game is played, because as I said, an enemy with a drawn weapon looking for -any- excuse to attack you guys, and you giving him one, you can't just expect him to be on his merry way and you get to have a full blown conversation with your companions right then and there.
I'm going to give you the chance to retract your statement, or alter it slightly. I rolled a wisdom check for you, and it was high enough for a split moment you feel that "Saying that is a bad idea," but I'm not going to force you to retract it or anything. If you really feel like continuing the current course of action, then the timeline is right as you enter the tavern and make the statement (making other statements afterwards, including the one by keb, null).
I really want to emphasize this again, I'm not trying to get you to leave the game or change your entire character.
All of this, it doesn't happen. When you make a threat like this-Vierro sat and called a wench for a glass of water, his comrades were coming around.
"We shall examine him more closely after this nights' meeting, if you agree. I dislike mysteries, and he has proven himself one."
The whole time talking Vierro didn't pull his sight off the strange orc.
"Then, as we travel so soon I may let it pass, but he'll have his dues soon, I can feel it."
Vierro finally stops looking at the weird orc and turns around to the table. There's his traveling group, along with Keb on top of the table. The conversation started somewhat.
"Smiting is waiting to be done, how early should I rise tomorrow? I don't have any doubts that enemies will be littering our journey."
in a "global" manner as you say (basically to where the orc with the unsheathed, messed up looking falchion -in hand-), you can't just expect he'll leave that alone and thus you can continue with any action you want, like sitting down and conversing with your companions."He has a stench of evil on himself, and his own behaviour is making my sword hand twitch. I would like a moment *alone* with him."

I didn't yell at the whole tavern: "I AM GOING TO TORTURE HIS ASS TO KNOW WHY HE IS EVIL." I was telling to my table, the adventurers and our employer, in a normal manner of speaking, and I am going to fight him if I have to, as a paladin I'm not retracting my statement, so let me die in peace with this character, and let me roll a new Inquisitor then .
Vierro
"You are coming onto ME?" He yells at the Orc who now is going towards him, with his sword drawn out.
"Prepare to see Gruumsh's glory in it's finest, once your vile presence is eradicated from here."
Then he says to his co-adventurers: "This is a matter of honor, do not try and intervene."

True, but considering how tiny this tavern is, and the fact that everyone has their silence and attention focused solely on Magrus and the Orc, I wanted to be sure if it was a whispered statement, a thought, or a full blown normal voice statement. There are eleven people in this bar including your entire group. I just wanted to be sure you knew where your actions would lead you.I didn't yell at the whole tavern: "I AM GOING TO TORTURE HIS ASS TO KNOW WHY HE IS EVIL."
Anyways.
While his partner at the other table seemingly paying no attention to the situation, the orc with the falchion shows a rather...unnatural grin. He fiddles with his falchion a moment, tugging at a small string that seems to collapse back inside the falchion as he lets go. The serrated edges begin to spin, and then stop, and a look of dismay washes over the orcs face.
"Hey, hey!" he says smacking the flat of his blade. "Wake up dammit!" He pulls the string again and the serrated edges don't even spin this time.
From nowhere, you hear a voice "I am awake you simpleton, and I don't care about your squabble with the half breed. Go find me something exotic to kill and I might just help you."
Vierro's turn (anyone else who feels like intervening despite Veirro's wishes is welcome to roll an initiative roll)
BTW, to all players, this is an image of the falchion-

I stand up and rest my hands along the handle of my sword and get ready to draw my blade at a moment notice.
"Stand down both of you, we are bound by master Keb word not get into a fight with the locals or cause trouble to him or the inhabitants of this place." I stare the orc in the eyes "But I will defend my friends if you choose to fight" I say that with no bluff in my eyes.

"HA! Keb?! That pansy ass wannabe warrior? Oh yeah, we'll totally surrender to "master keb" won't we! Surrender this," he says, holding up his middle finger.

Magrus chuckles, and makes a mental note of the orc, memorizing his features then turns back to the table, ignoring the blabbering half breed. He thinks to himself, I tried to be nice, I'll have to come back later and settle up then with the rude beast. I will have to find a way to amuse myself with the fool who's shouting for the next few weeks instead. Bending down next to Keb, he whispers into the goblins ear, "I believe it may be wise to leave, tonight, and gag our loud mouth friend. An extra night sleeping outdoors won't kill us, but staying the night here, after that outburst may. I do not relish the idea of sleeping surrounded by orcs who have been offended by one in our group."
"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"
"So funny, kiss me funny boy!" / *Sprays mace* " I know, I know, bad for the ozone"

The sword seems dislodge itself from the orcs hand and move itself into the way of your blade, reducing the damage the orc takes. What would have lobbed off the Orcs right arm instead gave it a gash. The sword then falls to the ground.
"GRAHH! You insect, look what ya did to my arm!"
The quiet orc partner of the falchion wielding orc stands up and moves next to the orc. "You are such a failure..." he says, grabbing the orcs wounded shoulder, and both disappear into thin air.

The other orcs in the bar who were actually paying attention are flustered but eventually stop caring and go back to their drinks.
@Esterimas
The orc was about half a foot taller, much skinnier and less bulky than his friend, and wore a black veil over his face, and a cloak on his body. Not really much to see about this one.

I draw my sword once vierro attacks the orc but draw it back once I see his friend teleport away, I pad my paladin friend in the back "Good work my friend" I sit once more and finish drinking my ale.
"Hopefully we wont have more trouble with the locals" I say in a half heart response "So my friends how was your day?"

I take up the magic sword and examine it's aura, I should feel if it's evil.
If it is evil, I shatter it.
If it isn't evil per se, maybe a weird mix I have seen before and any kind of nonevil, then I take it to my table and put it in the middle.
Vierro
"Efforts of non-believers stand futile in my path. I am the righteousness."
After getting congratulated, he sits on the table.
"Ah, this was refreshing, so good to have the divine energies flowing through me. I'm ready to listen to your orders now, Keb."
If the sword is still whole:
"This trickle should prove some good money, I don't want anyone trying and fighting with it, not without supervision from a couple of us. Intelligent weapons are never good sign."

My bad, yeah it's on the floor.
@Vierro
There is no moral aura of any kind on the sword.
As you try to pick up the sword, it bounces off of your hand and falls to the ground again. You try to pick it up a second time and it continually slips out of your hand, as if to avoid you.
If his comrade who seems to be far more powerful than him stepped into play, we'd all be dead. You were reckless, caused unnecessary violence, put the entire party in danger for your own self righteous selfish cause, and when we leave tomorrow I have my suspicions we will never be allowed to set foot in this town again.
No...you didn't win, you failed, horribly. The man was holding a blade to Magrus, and you taunt him putting Magrus, yourself and potentially others in danger that wasn't ever even needed, that isn't heroics...that's stupidity."

Keb stares at you in awe, before shaking his head and telling you "You didn't win, the orc with the blade was the apprentice, not the master and you barely damaged him."Efforts of non-believers stand futile in my path. I am the righteousness."

I look with disapproval to Vierro, shake my head and return to my drink,
"Keb we really need to get this hot shots on the road, maybe some long marches, cold dungeons and countless enemies will make them put those testosterone to good use."
