Wales is a strange country, it can vary greatly from beauty to degredation *ahem* Merthyr *cough*. I think i have been to every single castle in wales, i even did the classic holding Pembroke Castle up
Brecon Beacons is really quite beautiful, don't forget to also go through the Elan Valley, and look at the reservoirs
I have only seen the beautiful parts so far. Merthyr, whats wrong with that? I haven't seen it, but I thought it was a nice town. Or is like the old industrial/mining towns in England, just smaller?
Elan Valley, I'll remember that. The husband is actually lobbying for us to go to Wales already this summer
I haven't decided yet - I can never decide where I want to go until it's time for holiday and I know what I feel like
Last time I tried to plan a long time in beforehand, I planned to go to Guersey and ended up in Thailand

I had to keep something wrapped around my arm and keep it in a sling for about a week. The next day, at school, a classmate didn't believe I had actually injured my arm, so he punched me. Needless to say, the pain from my injured arm getting punched resulted in a screem from me that drew the teacher's attention and got the idiot boy in big trouble.
Ouch!
What a stupid idea, why would anyone keep the arm in a sling if it wasn't injured? Doesn't sound like great fun to me
I already have bad knees. *marks mountainclimbing/rockclimbing/whatever-it-is off her list of things to do, even though it was never on her list of things to do*
Add classical and jazz ballet, all sorts of downhill skiing (snowboard might be OK though depending on the type of knee problems), regular running (oh, I really miss that
), aerobics and football (soccer).
