If we could at least have a post to say what's going on, Waverly, that'd be great. Don't want to lose steam with this now...

I think Waverly is actually away, didn't he mention something about that?

Could we all PM fable or someone and then he post it and I'll adjudicate?

With all due respect, you folks can't be a day late with orders and then complain about
my promptness. I was out of town much of last week and this weekend, and at the moment am catching up on messages. I will ajudicate as soon as I can, but I must remind you that I had time Friday evening had everyone met the deadline.

Got any other ideas?

Ok sorry, I wasn't trying to change the arrangement permanently I was just interested in moving it along. I assumed you had a good reason and that which you stated certainly qualifies.

Orders :
Austria:
A Rumania - Sevastopol
F Trieste - Venice
A Tyrolia - Venice
England:
F North Sea Convoys A Yorkshire - Holland
F Norwegian Sea - Norway
A Yorkshire - Holland
France:
F Brest - Mid-Atlantic Ocean
A Marseilles, no move received
A Picardy - Belgium
Germany:
A Berlin, no move received
F Denmark - Baltic Sea
A Ruhr - Burgundy
Italy:
A Piedmont Supports A Venice
F Tyrrhenian Sea - Tunis
A Venice - Tyrolia
Russia:
F Black Sea - Sevastopol
A Galicia - Vienna
F Gulf of Bothnia - Sweden
A Ukraine - Rumania
Turkey:
A Ankara - Constantinople
A Bulgaria Supports A Ukraine - Rumania
F Constantinople - Aegean Sea
I need a retreat from Austria for the army in Romania ASAP. As soon as I have it, I’ll ask for builds.
Germany: Very kind of you to give up the lowlands and vacate Denmark.
England: How on earth did you know you were going to get Holland, of all territories?
France: One build, but not in bad shape, especially considering the potential additions of Spain and Portugal.
Italy: Never support an army you ordered to move.
Austria: Why on earth did you stand yourself of in Venice? Same reason you invited the Tsar into Vienna?
Turkey: Looking good, and is at least talking to other players.
Russia: Our early game leader. Be thankful the Berlin army is experiencing difficulties moving, or you’d have lost Warsaw.

Can I suggest that the support order was probably intended to support the move, rather than the army's position? frogus, if this was your intention you have to give the order like
A Piedmont Supports A Venice - Tyrolia, otherwise the GM will think you are ordering the unit to support the army in Venice's position in Venice, and a hold order would have to be given to that army. But also, it could be suggested that Aegis meant to support his move to Venice with one of those units. Which one, nobody knows, but I doubt he intended a self-standoff.

I also expect Nippy thought he would capture Denmark. Maybe more use should be made of that 'impartial advisor' Witch King, or just ask Waverly.

two things.
First: Why did the two units I sent to Venice not do anything? I thought I was attaxking, why did they not?
Second: why do you need a retreat? I moved that army in Rumania to that Russian country, thus taking it. I don't need a retreat.

You have to declare support - how did Waverly know which one you wanted to actually take the territory? About Sevastopol, I moved my fleet there so we stood each other off.

I do, from time to time, talk with other players aswell.
@Korn: Why the &%#" do you have that #$%# name? i cant pm you without using a diffrent browser and it bothers me. Alot.
@Most of the players: Armys are recruited for a rather specific purpose in this game. Sitting around in a province digging and filling up holes is not that purpose.

It was fairly spur of the moment I'm afraid and I'm didn't forsee that effect. Sorry
You can email me at
robthebob@ntlworld.com like I put above and this will have the same effect (seeing as PM alerts come via email as well). What browser gives you the problem?

YEAH!!!
Ok now i would like to know if it is one unit per turn as in winter season, or is it one unit each building location?
Also you can't build where there already exists an army or fleet right?
And you can't move your fleet or army to a location, where one of your units already exist.
It is one military unit per land area right?

@Dottie - I can recommend Opera.
@CM - You build one unit for each of your captured supply centres, so you get one. It must be placed in an empty home supply centre.
Also you can't build where there already exists an army or fleet right?
And you can't move your fleet or army to a location, where one of your units already exist.
It is one military unit per land area right?
This is all correct.
