The equipment was working fine when she went keel up, I chalk it up to your inability recognize that the lower decks had become damp and properly suction out the hold.

Now with the waves crashing over the bow, there's little chance of righting her and seeing her to port.

I find it revealing that while thinking of me, the first bathroom implement that came to mind was a long handled one with a large, blubous head.
