you guys are going to like this one...
the dispell belt...never fear damage over time spells again!!!!
ok, make a ring or belt, belt is ok, actually...put one or few points in dispell, then rest in night eye....in this order, night eye first, dispell second.....
then start feeling invulnerable to spells, since the only spells you need to worry about are like what dagoth and vivec can cast, that does good damage instantly....
but any damage over time spells that get in past your magical resistances and reflects and spell absorbs...will actually be dispelled, and only affect your pc one turn....
or about a second....
try the item, and look for some daegroths, with their poison sphere attacks....without the belt, you get the flashing thingie poison marker around your border...with the belt, no poison marker, one hit from when the spell hits you and thats it...
now remember, tho, while wearing the belt you cannot cast stuff on yourself cause the belt will dispell your own spells...constant effect still works....
but its like some sorta magic armor...
stupidly powerful...

Peaceful Death & Hamstringer
Two daedric katanas with golden saint gems. Hamstringer damages strength and speed on strike. Leaves them standing like statues unable to move, especially the heavily armored ones where their armor weight quickly makes them encumbered (not good on archers). Peaceful Death casts calm humanoid on strike for 3 or 4 seconds. Leaves them staring peacefully at you like morons. Repeat until dead. Enjoy!

Amulet of Free Action:
100% Resist Paralysis
Never again stare at you unmoving character on the screen while he's being shredded to death!
(Yes, I hate paralysis ... if it affects my own character.

)

Cure Paralysis potions is not so hard to come by, and, IIRC, 100% paralysis resistance costs (in enchantment points) the same as 100% resistance to Magicka (what includes paralysis).
Altogether i'm just curious where you've got an amulet able to hold such amount of enchantment points.

As far as I know. magic resistance works against damaging spells only. Hm ... I'll try to see if it works against paralysis.
As for the amulet, it's just a regular exquisite amulet with 120 enchantement points. Resist Paralysis 100% took up 100 points of that. (Don't ask me why only 100.)
edit:
Tested it: I made a Self-Freezing Ring
Paralyse 3s on Self
Even with 100% Total Magic Resistance, it still got through.
Maybe it's got something to do with the fact that the magic resistance is spread out on 4 different items?

i'm not completely sure, altogether after my Breton got 50+60 resistance to magicka (natural+Savior's Hide) he never got paralised again (what happend now and then before, esp. with reflected spells - he himself used it both as a spell and an enchantment quite often).

, robe of light 42-43 light never be afraid of dark dungeons again!

when he is totally naked you can use charm on him go behind him and steal his stuff ( you have to be strong not to kill fyr and not to let him kill you )
