Aha, possibly a few answers on what dialogues you should get (the CLUAConsole is a wonderful thing!) Most of the romance is based on real time, I think 30mins apart, or something? (Even if you leave the game paused, so game time hasn't moved, you will get another dialogue when you unpause if you left it long enough)

After Anomen's Test (having succesfully passed it, of course

)
1. A glorious day it is, my lady!
(nothing interesting really)
2. You see this flower I have picked, here?
(Anomen admits how attracted he has been to you from the start)
3. (triggered on Rest) Might I be able to draw you away from the others for a while as they prepare to sleep?
(This is the big question... more on this below, in an attempt to keep this post tidy!)
4. I have been thinking of many things, now, as we travel.
(again, nothing much, very few dialogue options, but shows you he's still thinking about Saerk)
5. (triggered on Rest) We are going to rest here, are we? Then let us away to a secluded corner for a moment.
(Anomen is completely in love with you, talks about the future...)
6. (Has a countdown in game time, not real time... 2/3 days - I had to rest for 64 hours!) Messenger shows up to deliver a letter about the death of Anomen's father. Anomen leaves. Go to Saerk's house, etc, etc.
OK, so that seems to be what you should get. But it also seems buggy. I managed to get (after4, having told Anomen I didn't love him, and thereby ending the romance) Sir Ryan Trawl spawning and saying it was time for his Test (when in fact, it was in the distant past)! And (also after 4, having been really quite mean to Anomen, and him leaving the party) Anomen returning in the morning to do the usual goodbye speech, allowing me to meet him again in the Copper Coronet.
More relevantly, I managed to skip dialogue 3, possibly because I went to rest (in Athkatla) and was woken by an Amnish soldier. It went straight on to the next dialogue.
-----------------
Ok, now what you've all been waiting for... 3. he asks you to sleep with him. It pretty much doesn't matter what you say at this point, he's quite insistent that you at least hear what he has to say (and isn't keen to take no for an answer - bad Anomen!:eek
![Smile :)](./images/smilies/)
. You can't do much wrong - most of the refusals will lead to him saying "Perhaps the time is not right... I wish no answer just yet". (There was one I didn't try.) So, you don't have to sleep with him then or lose him forever.
If you refuse, in dialogue 5 you will be able to sleep with him, but only if you tell him you love him. In this dialogue you can also tell him you don't love him (he will stay in your party, but the romance is over), or tell him not to be so ridiculous (he leaves your party), as well as a couple of middle options.
Overall, as long as you don't tell him you don't love him (end romance) or be nasty (leave party), it doesn't seem to matter much what options you take in these dialogues. You still get exactly the same dialogue afterwards, whether you sleep with him or not... All it comes down to is picking the right dialogue in Saerk's house. There are a few different options, but you the only way to stop him from killing Saerk is by saying you love him. (Only not in the first dialogue, for some reason...) What came before doesn't matter, as long as the romance is still active. And if it isn't, you won't ever get as far as Saerk's house.
Phew!
Sorry for the long post!
Hope that has answered a few questions!!
Hope even more that it makes sense!!!
