I might do that. I just worry Martz won't let him touch the ball more than 8-9 times a game. I did grab Reggie Wayne though. I'm tired of having the wrong Colts receiver on any given week

There's only one right Colts receiver and his name is Harrison. Wow if you look at Harrison's numbers he has a realistic chance of surpassing Rice, arguably the greatest player of all time.

Someone elsee you might want to look at is Drew Bennett of the Titans.

Harrison has done absolutly squat this season. He's always smothered. I'm hoping Waynes big day Sunday will loosen things up a bit, but if not, since Manning finally found the guy, he will hopefully continue to have big games til they at least have to pay attention to him

Nevermind, I just dropped Pinkston and picked up Bennett. What is wrong with Mcnabb and how soon before we start hearing a Koy Detmer or AJ Feeley QB controversy?

What's wrong with McNabb? I think it's more what's wrong with the Eagles. They have lost some real talent the past couple years and figured they could just plug anybody in to replace them. Trotter, Douglas, and Brian Mitchel were big losses.

Offensivly, they can't run the ball. They don't have the greatest receivers, and McNabb looks like he's a bit out of rythm. I think maybe they ain't quite as good a team as we though they were. Then again, they may come out smokin' after the bye :D

Part of the Eagles's problem is that McNabb spent the off season working out, which is fine, but it wasn't with Philadelphia's receivers. The chemistry between the offensive skill players is essential to having a productive passing game and McNabb wasn't working with his guys.

A few years ago, Cris Carter, Randy Moss and Daunte Culpepper spent the summer working out together in Florida and they led the league in passing that year. If McNabb had spend the off season working out with Pinkston, Thrash and Lewis, their passing game would be much, much better.

As Bloodstalker says, the Eagles also have bigger problems than Donovan McNabb (QBs get too much credit when things are going good and too much blame when things are going bad). The Eagles are on their way to Salary Cap Hell and after two blown chances in the NFC Championship Game, the cycle is catching up to them. They can't cut McNabb because of his huge cap number, but I'd look for them to purge a bunch of people at the end of this year then spend two more years buying their way back to a fiscal even keel.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

My Chargers lost in OT to the Raiders!

But on the bright side Tomlinson had a huge day for me with 190 yards a rushing TD and a passing TD! Does Yahoo reward RBs for passing touchdowns? 6 points?

As far as I know, a score is a score. That's why Preist is so valuable ;)

Harrison woke up :D

It should, just as Brees should get credit for a receiving TD (plus Tomlinson is going to get 21 yards passing).

I'm looking for a big night from Ahman Green and Donald Driver to put me over the top tonight.

Ah so you're Jedi Knights. I have about a 25 point lead on you unfortunately I'm relying on Marty Booker to help sustain it :(

GO BEARS!!!!

In a bit of good luck I didn't know Edgerrin James wasn't playing. Had I known I would have started backup Kevin Faulk over him. Good thing I didn't since Faulk finished with -1 points thanks to a fumble so Jamed outscored him even with a DNP. :D

Beware, Idioteque, for I have ritually sacrificed a Brett Favre bobblehead to the Football Gods to curry their favour.

It looks like the Football Gods have smiled upon the High Lord this week. Next week I'll sacrifice a copy of Madden 2004 . . .

Nice game HighLordDave :)
You managed to beat me in a game where I scored enough points to push me into first place. Bravo!
But I will remain first in points for the season and this will be my only loss I swear!!!

... well probably not

Who's team is Middlesboro Bears? I was up by 29 going into Monday night, and I woke up to see him win by 1 this morning. Is he/she still even active? They've still got Kurt Warner starting!!!

At least in my other league I won.

So you're telling me they beat you without a quarterback? :D

Well I'm 3-1 and the highest scoring team, YAY! :)
I wasn't sure about who to start at qb with Manning going against TB, Brady not at 100% health and Brees going against a weak Jax secondary. I gambled and went with Brees who got me 30 points, though I also learned to start Manning no matter who he plays now. Great game by Manning but TB lost on a blown call after IND missed the field goal in OT. What kind of call was that?!?!?!
