WooHoo!! Dems are gunna win, Dems are gunna win! Go Donkeys!

Okay, so that was a little over the top, but yeah, what about the separatists. THis is going to be too easy.

I guess you could always NPC some vacant roles. Or fill um later.

Seperatists and terrorists are now one group i think. Makes it easier. So every party gets 33% each in political power.

That works, since after all, the terrorists are seperatists too. This gives better cover for the terrorists too. So we are going to start monday, but I have a question. Being a yank, I'm not particularly familiar with the concept of both a Pres and PM. Could you please explain since I'm sure it would be like pulling teeth to get the other parties to go with just a pres. ;) :D

We also havne't gotten an answer on this one yet..

What is the exchange rate for the SYP? In dollars if you can. Euros confuse me for some reason. I'm not used to their nuances.

1 USD = 800 SYP.
1 EURO = 1000 SYP

A PM is the man in charge. A president in a PM system is a figure head position and does little.

PM = President in US system
Pres = Vice President in US system with less power than a VP.

So when are we going to decide on currency and an army and A national Flag. Is it going to be voted on with submissions from each commitee?

All decided in the parliament to which you all are members. The first order of business is to form a govt.

The ones that form the govt decide on this. We also have to decide if we do a simple majority ie 51% or a 2/3rd majority and stuff.

You invent all the fun stuff when I'm out of town... considering there are both plenty of communists and muslims in the opposition, any right wing conservative with ambitions could get some serious backing from the US in subverting this government. Heh, almost makes me want to dig out "Junta" from the attic. Too bad I don't have the time right now, but I'll watch the progress and perhaps try a coup d'etat later.

Good luck... Regards, Gen. Silur Symochet.

Regarding maps: Does this mean Russia have no land connection with Chechnya? If so, what happens there? And how is our relation with Russia? That Putin would have no interest in us would be a bit strange.

Well, there's no infrastructure in our country, so a land connection via us would not serve any purpose (yet).

I also wonder what happens with Chechnya though. Is it still Russian?

Ok we have havent really declared independence yet as we haven't formed a govt or anything of that sort. So far we are still considered Russian territory. Well the russians consider us theres, but its like chechnya and Georgia. They claim control but have none.

Dottie how we work with Putin depends on who forms the govt and if we declare independence or work out some autonomy deal or whatnot.

I am giving you guys complete freedom from the get go. You will be creating a country like Gandhi, Nehru, Jinnah and Kamal At turk. You guys will be the founding fathers like Washington. You 15-20 guys and gals can decide whatever you want.

Nuke NYC if you want. You will have the freedom.

So when can we start proposing things? And do we propose things in this thread or the other one?
