As you hit him and say that, he dies. Dosker attacks and finishes off the one on him. If you guys are to loot-

You also notice there shields. It has a picture of white snow on a black and red background. They were covered up before, but as you uncover them, that is what you see.

Magrus bends over and pulls the armor off of one of the men and starts strapping it on himself while saying "No use just stuffing it in my pack if I can wear it now. I wonder who those two thought they were anyways." When finished with the armor he grabs a shield and straps it to his arm, then tests his movement in the new armor with his blade.

"Ah, better now. Are you hurt badly and in need of some rest?"

-he says as he guzzles a potion of cure light wounds-

As you continue on, you have no more problems during the rest of the day. The next day is the same as well. Though, on the last day, Dosker stops you and hears something in the woods.

-Draws his sword and looks around-

"Ahhh, for the god's sake," he says. "Just a couple of wolves."

The rest of the trip consists of nothing more than walking. As you approach the huge city of Balmora, a guard greets you.

"What business do you have in Balmora?"

He escorts you into the town and to the house of Lyvandor. When Dosker knocks, a gnome greets you.

"Yes, what do you need," he asks. "Is that from Quik?"

"Come in, come in," he says.

He leads you into the house which is rather tall for a gnome's residence.

"Now where did I put that key," he says. "There it is."

-He opens the sphere-

Inside the sphere is a platter with a red orb laying upon it.

"Let me get you two some good ol ale for tonight. You two have traveled long enough for today so please, be my guests and stay the night in my spare room."

The gnome is speaking this clearly, but he seems to be transfixed on the red orb in the container.

"This here is an orb of dragonkind. Very powerful artifact it is."

(You two know that artifacts are VERY powerful magic items, but not what they do nor how to us them)

"Right now, I am looking for all ten of them, but seem to only have aquired 3. I need to collect them to restore peace to the dragonkind from the war a couple of years ago. Ever since the war started, the dragons have been dying one by one. They say that the heart of the dragon relies on how greyhawk is fairing and right now, it has almost collapsed."

He tells you to let him study for a while and sends you two to the spare room. You two enter the room and see a few spare beds and pick the one you want out for yourself.

As you two wake up the next morning, there is a note on the floor with a blue orb about the size of the red one.

"Dear Magrus and Dosker,

I am sorry for making you wait in the guest room, but I did have important matters with this orb. I ask that you take this orb and do me a favor. I ask that you try and find the other orbs of Dragonkind for me. I will pay you a generous sum of money for this if you accept. This orb also has a secondary function. If you hold it in your hands and think of an area that is familiar to you, you will be teleported there instantly as well as any companions that you think of. The main function of this is it pulses when a dragon is near, or another orb. I am off to search myself for more orbs to help restore order to the dragonkind. I also ask that you NOT abuse this gift. I thank you for any help you give me, and I will repay you in full. I am sorry for the inconvenience again.
