Hey Phil.

Welcome back. It's been a while.

Hi Des,
Thanks, yes too long. I have a pretty full plate these days. (Which is why I am replying to you 6 days later

, sorry.) But at least I am starting to get things rolling and get online more than I was.
Hey Kipi, how about another lemonade and one for Des.

Thanks, Phil.

Always nice to have a sip of cold lemonade after a hard day of mopping up Nazis from France.

I'll take a glass of pomegranate juice with a side order of habaneros. And would you put the Barney DVDs on please? Since this pub is all about denying yourself, I figured I might as well add suffering and misery to the mix while I'm here. Cheers.

You're welcome.

If you want to know where did that shotgun come from, take a look out the window. See that half-track with a .50cal machine-gun mounted on top? That's where all the guns are.

Eh, not bad. Have a 300km range, able to go as fast as 52km/h plus it's all-terrain (I'm referring to the German one).

Don't worry about the driver and his buddy as I took care of them long ago before coming to this bar. Man, those Krauts will be real pissed when they find one of their half-tracks was missing.

So THAT's the reason why I have got reports of angry Krautz seen nearby lately

No puns about 'sour Krauts'?

Go figure. They must've been scouring the countryside for several hours looking for that half-track. Better get a move on before they come knocking on the door (and I'll have to ditch it sooner or later).

So a Hanomag 251 eh. Well, they are a decent machine and certainly served the Wermacht well. But I'd settle for a good old American White halftrack (any variant) any day. Not near as prone to breakdown (the advantage of American paid labor vs. German slave labor construction).

Go figure. That Half-track broke down along the way to this bar. Had to hit the engine twice to start it back up again.
