I know it's a skill, and you can't gain ranks in that as a necromancer, but it isn't a feat.

Well, Dosker and I have survival, and a wizard aint to good at that anyway
Keep yourself at being learned. We need it to give us clues about creatures we meet, things like that (knowledge arcana)
When we meet magic, you are the one who can counter it, but you need spellcraft to know how to do so (spellcraft is technically the art of magic)
Your spells require immense focus, you cant allow your focus to slip: concentration
Necromancer has to do with life and death: religion

Well, I mean with the Bio that I gave you I thought that that would be a good skill. I'll look for some more, that was an example.

I suggest concentration, spellcraft, and then the rest knowledges. Mainly arcana, Planes, and Psionics.

for a necromancer, knowledge religion might be usefull too

a wizard/sorcerer is self suficient because of magic, not skills

Feats. I suggest at leas extend and empower spell. Those two ALWAYS come in handy with spells.

As a wizard, items need be sought in protection and allowing more spells a day
because of the ban on armor for you, get armor elsewhere (mage armor, shield spell and items)
You have many spells, but few spells a day, get wands, scrolls and potions. Even better, make them yourself. You'll progress more slowly than any of us, but we want you to survive, we cant do it without you

bracers of armor 1000. ring of prot, 2000, amulet of natural armor: 2000, scroll of mage armor 50, wand of magic missile XXxXX
pretty standard

Bracers of armor +1- 1000 +2- 4000
Ring of protection- +1- 2000
Ring of feather falling- 2200
Potions of cure light wound- 50 each (Reccomended about 6)
Potions of mage armor- 50 each
Potion of resist energy-300 each

Int.16
Wis.10
Cha.12
for skills, max out Concentration, Spellcraft, Knowledge: Arcana and whatever else the other two suggest.
