I just sent a list of threads we could move to. Some of them may be closed (haven't had a chance to sort them out yet) ** SLURRs some E.S.S. from the tub ** Looks like you had some good chances to meet interesting people then, Ode.

My reply should be coming soon, guys.

A 'wigger' is a white person, usually a teenager, who attempts to imitate black rap artists in the mistaken belief that they (the rap artists) are 'cool'. Traditionally wiggers are teenagers, and dress in Adidas clothing, usually wearing jumpers with hoods (yet never using the hoods, as common sense dictates the point of hooded jumpers would be) and droopy jeans that seem to be let down to around their knees. These wiggers think that attempting to imitate a style like this makes them cool, when plainly it simply makes them look like tryhards, and merely emphasizes how different they are from their ideal of coolness. They also unfailingly think that they're tough, but fight like sissies. For some reason wiggers seem to be unusually common in the southwest areas of Western Australia.
Frogus may in fact be a closet wigger, his reference to the group as "wiggaz" has got me a bit suspicious... :D
Check out the Blagg topic for more info.

Might be because of extensive inbreeding over several generations - but I'm not sure... ;) :D

Ask Frogus ... :D :p

**SLURRs some E.S.S. from the tub and waits for Dusty to couch up some MC²'s - before we start to smoke seriously**

Whilst I'm amazed that wiggers could get the opportunity to breed at all, you're quite possibly right @Beldin, considering how small the populations of those hick-towns are. Thank heavens I live (comparatively) close by to the city... :D ;)

Nah, if he is a wigger he at least has the good sense to deny it, or at least not to admit it... ;)

Beldin:

BTW - are there any other "groups" like the "wiggaz" that I should be aware of ?

Enjoy your dinner, Ode ** unfolds the aluminum foil and takes a bite out of his cheese sandwich, drinks from his MC² and takes a hit from his spliff **

Dinner's over, so time for some more groups. Todays special is bogans, though I'll go into more as I remember them.

Bogans are a sub-group that seem to be particularly prominent in my current suburb of residence, ***********. In fact, one of the two locals I'm friends with is a bogan. Bogans are easily characterised by their habit of always wearing black clothing (the *********** variety at least, though more suburban bogans have been known to dress in all-denim instead), generally "I-don't-give-a-toss" attitude towards life, and poor taste in music, Slipknot and other such 'bands' being the norm. Bogans are often seen sporting mullets as their hairstyle of choice, fortunately ******, the bogan I'm friends with, doesn't share this unfortunately common bogan characteristic. In general they have also been known to have a fondness for oversized silver jewellery and black hair. Without exception they are cynical and hate authority, though none seem to care enough to go out and do anything to improve things. If there was revolution going on bogans would stay at home and get drunk/high wth whatever was available, they are notoriously indiscriminatory about what they consume to reach unusual states of mind. My friend has, in spite of my repeated requests of him not to, on a number of occasions snorted butane from a can meant for refilling cigarette lighters, his reasoning being it gives him a head-spin  . The extreme focus on 'toughness' is another bogan trait, though considering most bogans wear steel-capped boots they are significantly more of a threat than wiggers in actual brawls.

I sincerely hope my friend grows out of his bogan ways in the future, however I have seen bogans aged well into their mid-twenties.
I can but hope.

I'm lucky not to count any wiggers or bogans under my friends, but I'll make sure to steer clear of them ;) (don't want to over-generalize, though, but I'm sure you know what I'm getting at) ** takes another hit from his spliff **

Beldin:

I think I've outgrown the age where everyone starts to "join" such groups - and so have all of my friends....even the younglings ;) :D ..

@Beldin-I'm still at that age, unfortunately, though thankfully not many of my friends feel the need to join groups as such.

@Tammy-Yep, bogans everywhere in Parkerville. It's a sad place to be sometimes, though at least most of the local kids are potheads too...
*sigh* I miss Darlington sometimes...

EDIT-Hi McB, nah they deny it whenever we tell them they're bogans, though they usually admit it after a while... :D

@Beldin- ;)
