It shouldn't be too difficult. We'll be setting up a thread at the weekend I think. Then it'll be helping people to set up characters before we begin.

I can feed the pets for the better part of the year, I can, especially since they eat most of our food antyways...

I'd probably prefer you started at Level 1. But otherwise I see no problems. Kipi is going to be the DM though, so ultimately it's up to him.

Other than that, today I've been University wrangling. Trying to get a clear answer out of them regarding the start date.

Unfortunately no free money for me, other than grants which I eventually repay anyway
