They looked GOOD and kept playing with my hair saying how great I looked.
Man I can't stand it when any of my friends do that, and the bad part about it is that they know that I don't like it but they do it anyway.

It was definately awkward when my little friend Jackie who's still only 16 or 17 I believe started playing with my hair and saying how great I looked with her mother glaring at me. Other than that, I didn't mind at all. I'm the oldest of our "group" and look out for all of them and it's nice to have them finally adult's, grown and paying me attention as more than that over-protective older brother figure and as just a guy they happen to find attractive. :)

Lmao, I know what you mean. But it's also beacuse I have so much Gel in my hair and I usually don't let anybody toouch my hair at all, but they would run their fingers through it of just play with my Sideburns.

Oh, I don't put anything in my hair. When it went curly on me, I stopped bothering. It does what it wants, all the time. Attempting to put something in it to control it makes me look like I got hit with a giant bug zapper.

As Jackie said "You have the PERFECT hair for a guy. It's long, wavy, big and poofy. I should take you home." I was like "Umm...thanks hun, you look great too." Her mom was suddenly between us. I flirt with all those girls, it's became a game to see who can tease who the most until they need to run off home from frustration with us for years. :p

I haven't done something like that in years. :( I need more Jack and pepsi, might go to H.E.B around Mid Night and get some more stuff.

I want booze, but if I'm going to be able to have any fun on my trip, I can't spend any more money this month. Gifts for family, and for my friend to console her today and such, just killed my budget this month. I'd like to be able to take about $150 with me when I go away, but in order to do that, I'd have to only spend another $30 or so the rest of the month, including groceries. Which means, Ramen and PBJ. :( Oh the choices.

It's fun, I didn't get to play that game today because it was a funeral and all the girls were sobbing. Hopefully I can see them again soon, most of them I haven't seen in 2 years or more. It's sad, we had so much fun.

Well its better than eating MRE's forever. That's Meals Redy to eat, My dad was in the army and he would bring me those, they were good, but there was only a certain limit that one Human being could take. I'd take Ramen noodles over MRE's though.

Well, if I can FIND my peanut butter, I'd be in business for cheap food. Unfortunately the last time I used it I was drunk for 9 days straight and haven't seen it since I sobered up. Won't cost much to get more, but then again, you can't live off of PBJ sandwiches at my age without eating a large quantity and after a while, you get sick of them.

Pasta might be a good idea. AH, this is bad. Trying to reason how out to cut grocery costs just to be able to party at the end of the month. :o

No car for me but I did find my peanut butter and fluff! Score for cheap food until I run out. The problem is that while it's cheap, it isn't very filling. I could probably go through a loaf of bread and a jar each of those in a day if I really tried filling myself up. :(

I should hire monkeys to steal food for me.

Ok, another one.
Lesson of the Day:

Don't hit on your old friend after finding out she's dating someone you grew up with, even if you have no clue who that person is anymore. It causes awkward childhood reunion's.

Unless, of course, said childhood friend forgotten is equally beautiful and you'd like to hit on him/her, as well ;)

Definately a him, and no. Not at all. Might want to hit him though, apparently he's a coke head and with my little friend. I'll have to see how he really treats her before I decide on that one. Addicts shouldn't be dating my girls.

Ah. Well, in that case, disregard anything I said. As a matter of fact, that'd probably be the smart thing to do ALL the time. Huh.

Joking aside, though, that's a rough situation. I assume she knows about his substance abuse problems? Is there any way for you to report him to the proper authorities?

She knows, and she'd hate me for getting him arrested. I've been told he treats her well, and she seems happy. BUT, she's working 60 hours a week now, I'm wondering who's paying for those drugs and whether that's true or not you know? I'll have to find out. I don't like meddling, but my friend has a tendency to make bad decisions and be very stubborn about them until she gets hurt badly for a long, long time and then she corrects her mistakes when her life falls apart. I'd rather not see that happen to her again.

i knew a one or two of those kind of ppl too.. who get stubborn no matter what i mean.. personally i'd kick the guys head in for doing coke and trust me, even without personal knowledge he'll eventually drag her down with her.. if he continues using that stuff.. but that's just my IMO...

Yeah, it's so difficult being a "good friend". Where do you draw the line between allowing people to make their own mistakes and choices and stepping in to save them you know? She's made this mistake before, and the last time was horrible on her. Her one boyfriend which ended up being the cause of her dissapearing for 2 years got her addicted to all sorts of things to see to it she stayed with him because of the drugs. I have to wonder how long it will be before the same thing happens again and she ends up not being able to fight being around that kind of thing again and not doing it.

Considering this guy and I grew up together when we were little, he had the same background for a portion of his life as I do. That place we grew up in was violent and just cruel and because of that, he'll know why I do what I do if I beat the snot out of him if he's hurting my friend. Whether or not he appreciates it is an entirely different matter though. :p

well i can't really say what i'd do in your place, IMO the right thing to do would be to talk to the guy and tell him to back off and say what will happen if he tries to get her to use drugs.. or beat the hell out of him after he hurts your friend..

Lesson of the Day:

If your happy and you know it I hope you die. *clap clap*

Yep, best your getting out of me today. Didn't sleep last night.

My wonderful friend is absolutely miserable and I'm canceling my trip at the end of the month so I'll have some money to cheer her up in the next few weeks.

I need painkillers too. Lots of painkillers. Definately would be a good thing right now.
