Mozilla... not sure why, it's just really sluggish.

That's weird, I wonder why it would stop working there... and that's sad if one bloke has all of them... does he have number one?

*shrugs* I haven't tried Mozilla, I'm not having any problems with Opera at the moment though.

Maybe the game passes some sort of limit that the designers hadn't anticipated, I don't know, except that it always happens at that point.
I think he does, I doubt they're authentic though, you'd have to play a lot to get that many scores...

Now, I have to figure out a way of getting one moving Movie Clip (such as the Viking) to respond to a Movie Clip buried in a button (like a trap). The platform game tutorial has something like that built in, so I should be able to modify it for my purposes...I hope. :p

Ahh well, no biggy.

Well, using my limited knowledge of flash, I'm guessing you would have the movie clip as a symbol, which has been imported through the library. Therefore, it should have a name, and couldn't you make a reaction whereby (and I'm going on VB here), the top - height of symbol = top of trap, and the left of symbol = the left - width of trap.

That way, they should be the same, so you can have that registering, or for a better way, have:
If trap=clicked Then
--If trap.left - width _< viking.left Then
---- If trap.left _> viking.left Then
---- [ACTION]
---- End If
--End If
End If.

While I do realise flash coding is different to VB, it could work on that principle.

There's something called a hit test in Flash, which is basically what that function you're describing does. So far I have it set up, so when the moving clip reaches a button on screen the moving clip 'dies'. That bit is fine, but I need it to respond to a clip inside the button, so when you click the button, it reaches a certain state that would be 'deadly' to the moving clip.
I think it's the case of experimenting with the names, that might get it to work...

Yeah, well as I say, I can't help there with the limited knowledge...
