Last I saw him he was wandering around with mini-skirt in his mouth.

SS is gonna be pissed. :D

He ususally don't have much to do on weekends. Ned usually stays gone and that means no new shine. Compound that with not many customer's to threaten, and he is usually one bored bear.

Opens a bottle of Turkey and settles down for a drink.

All is fine with me Dot :) I just have a little throat infection and a little anxiety because I feel I should have written more on my current article this week, but I'm happy and I had a very nice dinner at an Indian restuarant earlier tonight - the restaurant was recommended to me by an Indian born colleague :)

How about you? Back from work? Is life treating you well?

Don't feel obliged to post in the education thread - it's no demand ;)

Only been to an indian restutant once in my life :( , still remember the food as the best i eat that year though :)

Yeah, just came home and everything is as good as can be excpected.

Have to post in that thread though, since Lazarus raised several points wich i strongly disagree on. Unfortunatly i have very difficult to explain my views about those in english :(

-edit-
lol, looked in the thread again, and you answered it all already.
I saw the post before i left for work and spend all time contemplating my answers. Thanks for the help :)

What article are you writing on, if you dont mind tell?

The one I tried today was called Maharja, hardly an original name. It is at Timmermansgatan 35, close to Mariatorget, and very inexpensive too - why not try it? :) (Feels sort of strange that we live in the same city, and still I sit here communicating with you at an international message board)

Yes, I share your difficulties in explaining political views in English - just a simple thing as what is the English word for statliga subventioner, ie when the government pays for instance a producer part of the cost to make it cheaper for people to buy it? Like tickets to the Opera house, the cost for dental or medical care etc?

The article I'm writing is probably boring stuff to you - it's a scientific article for publication in the peer-reviewed press, about our personality traits and serotonin brain receptors.

So, what else have you been doing lately?

Dont go to resturants very often unfortunatly, something about getting my food served that gives me a minor nervous breakdown :(

Had a discussion in english about "Löntagarfonder" some days ago, that was a nightmare.

Yes, probably boring to me, although i rely on you and your peers to have developed technologies to build neural networks by the time i grew old :)

Have been glued to my computer and Europa Universalis 2 for some time now, best strategy game ever if you ask me.

Don't you think going to a restaurant is just like going to the doc or getting a haircut, you pay somebody to get a job/a service done?

ROFL, "Löntagarfonder", I don't even think there is an English word, it's such an entirely Swedish concept, I think :D

We'll see what we can do about the neural networks :)

What's Europa Universalis 2 like? As for me, the only game I've had energy to play latetly is Diablo II LoD, totally brain dead and wonderful for shutting down all intellectual activity :D I always have a need for totally unintellectual activies in periods when I work a lot, it's a way of relaxing. :)

yeah, I know its damn silly and i cant thing of any good argument why it should be different either. Still its the way it feels, and rather hard to change since ive made a habit of avoiding resturants.

EU 2 is one of those world domination games. its set between the 15th and early 19th century, and although the map covers the whole world its focus is in Europe. It is rather historical accurate in a good way, and there is no political correctness about it either. I could rant for some time about it, but i will spare you this time ;)

Always wondered how i scientist could enjoy diablo :p ;)
