I figure dragons should be pretty easy for this crew to take down, especially since the Shadow Dragons (for the most part) are holding back, letting us deal with the Dracolich by itself first. They have made a critical mistake by dividing themselves so we can defeat them one or two at a time.

The thing to fear is the breath weapon of the Shadow Dragons - causes level drain and possibly blindness. Also, the dracolich is probably able to cast some pretty serious spells.

I'm a bit confused about the battle, but I think I worked it out. Could somebody please confirm this:

Ysh, Nippy, DW, BS are fighting the Dracolich who is currentlyon the tower top???

Aegis and me are fighting Angorroc, the Shadow Dragon, enraging him???

Zaraxia, the second shadow dragon, holds back, only cast chain lightning???

somehow, we also got Dracolich and shadow dragon mixed up, with the shadow dragons suddenly breathing acid, or did I read this wrong???

I am not real sure, I am a little confused as well. I thought I was still with Aegis and Mysteria, but either way works for me. Just let me know where you guys want me.

I thought so too, but then I thought you posted something about attacking the Dracolich and Aegis and I were fighting the Shadow dragon Angorroc, or did I get Aegis wrong? He didn't specify at which dragon he fired his spear/arrow, but as he had attacked the shadow dragon before ...*sigh*

perhaps we should be a bit more specific about what dragon we attack

It's a good battle so far, too bad i'm underground. DW and Ysh have a good thing going.

I must say I am a little disappointed in the minimal parlay. You might've been able to avoid the fight if you just let BS offer them a little electric shine.

I, for one, would've taken the offer.

Note: This IS the most smilies I've ever used in a single post.

One more comment. Perhaps, Gwally, if things get too rough and your invisibility becomes dispelled you could resort to sanctuary??

@Mysteria - I agree For my part, since you had all been affected by spells, it appeared to me that you were not that far away and I also thought BS was distracting the Dracolich - we have edited him out now - sorry BS

@Ned - LOL! Good to see you smiling for a change. Re Gwally, he is a druid so does not have sanctuary - and this priest spell is cast on self - so T'lainya is the only one that can use it I think - nice thought though - but it will mean the mages and Ysh will have to keep an eye on poor Gwally and keep making him disappear! (I hope he doesn't take this personally) - and he could always use a potion too.....

uh, BS, just noticed that you didn't post about attacking the dracolich, so that puts you with Aegis and me after all.
so this is now:

re: sanctuary. Only a druid spell, huh. I thought for certain it was on jaheira's repetoire. damn druids.

Gwally, DW, Ysh, T'lainya, Nippy, Thantor (and in spirit Jenna and Viv) are on the ramparts fighting the dracolich and we are being equally unsympathetic!

@Ned - I may be wrong about Gwally's repertoire - since Jaheira is a druid and has access to some priest spells that Ysh does not (not sure about Sanctuary though) - maybe by specialising you lose these *shrugs*

I know jenna isn't writing at this moment so where is viv if you are grouping her together with jenna. am i just confused or stupid?

@Ned - Viv is around somewhere but very busy sorry for the confusion - we would not leave her alone in the kitchen - she may well finish up all the wine!!
