@CE...lol! It is amazing when you consider it.... I mean here we are with all the latest means of communication at our fingertips, and yet there are so many people who are far removed from it......

@Dottie, I think you are probably right ...the music industry continues to fight this though.....

Grr, I just discovered I forgot an important paper at the lab, sigh, that means I can't finish the work I was doing. The article is not published yet, I got a paper copy from the first author, so I can't find it in the on-line databases and I need some data from it. The author in question is out sailing, I don't think he would be happy if I rang him 3.30 am at his well-deserved holiday...

I guess it gives you a good excuse to go on a spam fest though!

Can you ring up the author tomorrow or will you have to wait until he returns from holiday?

As far as I know, probably the person closest to me in terms of geographical distance lives in Washington State, and is probably something like a six hour drive from where I live.....

There are so many SYMers I'd like to meet IRL, I wish we could have a SYM party at some place where everybody could fly easily...
