BTW i am thinking about changing my ISP, anyone got any clue how to cancel my BT account? I heard it was awkward, but i can't find any reference to it anywhere.

What kind of account have you got? Can you not just cancel the DD and stop using it? Are you tied into some kind of contract?

Not much, just tried to download a demo of AVP2 about 5 times now and it hasn't worked once I am going to swap ISPs but it appears BT accounts are impossible to cancel.

Well it appears to be difficult; i quote:

To cancel initially you should contact BT customer services, on 150, to cancel the details of your surf time package. After this you should contact the BTinternet billing department at internet.billing@btinternet.com
