Sheesh. Easy question...
Englaind is basically just one country that operates slightly differently, but essentially the same way as the other three. The UK is collectively together the groups of countries 'claimed' by England a long time ago. Great Britain is the four countries, together, on, for example, sports. Some sports still have individual countries though (take football).
Umm, I claime no one. I'm English to a fault, and because of that, if a sport doesn't play as England (example is athletics) then I'm British.
Iowegians?
Are you calling me a horse?!? *harsh glare*

England - England.
Britain - England, Scotland and Wales. one island, basically.
UK - Britain + Northern Ireland

"ethnic minorities"
You can say that again.
Four African immigrants stabbed a police officer to death, and injured others. Thats what's it like for a lot of London police officers, because a lot of immigrants come through here.

Yes, but it matters not that they're African - if Africa was populated with Caucasians, apart from being rather more sunburnt and perhaps better off because our wonderfully intelligent forefathers wouldn't have oppressed them so much, if they were in the same situation chances are they would do exactly the same things. I don't know why people make it a black/white thing (well I do, and I detest it) when it's clearly a matter of circumstance. If Africans had enslaved Europeans in the Dark Ages, we would be the ones living in ghettos, making "music that kids kill by" and feeling hard done by.
You can probably tell I feel rather strongly about this...

I've watched a bit about "devolution" on the default channel. I know the geography, I was just looking for an answer more like Kam's, however I didn't mean rasicm or ethnical discrimination. More like good-natured poking fun like Americans do to each other. (see "Kaintuck" thread) Oh, and I hate sports, so I don't care what they have to do with anything. Whats the right way to "call" y'all? Brits? English? Limey B@st@rds?
On horses: I was referring to an expression or two that you mustn't have over there. Simmer down, son!

In the same manner, general ignorance and common stupidity rule here.

I really did not know that...
I am aware of the ill feelings the French often harbor toward Americans(From personal experience). But I have always felt very well received by my British acquaintances

For the record, I like Great Britain more then the United States, but meh. I dont really want to talk about it here, though.
And if you bother to ask me questions about it here, dont expect an answer.

Likewise here, too. Who knew those "wankers across the pond" really didn't like US after all.

We can entertain ourselves if you ignore us (A-gain).
*gestures towards preceeding pages*
Is SPAM OK if we guess a letter simultaneously, like this:
F???
Edit: and what the heck is "meh" anyway?

No SPAM is fine. It doesnt bother me. Im just not going to spam up the thread. And "meh" is just something said when there is usually a matter of not caring or indecision, or indifference.
But I sense tension. And I dont want any of that. So people who are upset better cool it. God. How the hell did this start? This thread is a GAME and this junk has nothing to do with the game! Ugh!
Since this last side conversation topic has caused tension, Im telling you, if it continues, I am going to ask you to stop. I wont allow the current debate about UK vs USA to continue. If it continues, I will either stop updating, or delete the thread. Clear?
