As loathe as I am to admit, GCSE results are only really critical if you wish to go to an exclusive 6th Form, College or further educational institution other than University. A lot of places do not require incredibly high results, typically laying around the 5-8 C's or above region.
Still, @ Frogus, don't take that as an excuse to doss. I did, and I came out with 4 A's, 4 B's and a C. I should have done better than that, a lot better. Work hard now, make yourself feel good about them and then you will carry on with a good work ethic into future endeavours.

This is Dottie, he is extremely cynical. He is something of a cross between the Grinch and Eeyore (feel free to expand), but with a sharper tongue...
Fancy a drink Dottie?
Not at her expence, she didnt lie when she said she was a shameless exhibitionist.
And I wouldnt describe myself as cynical, but i have understood that thats the impression people tend to get.
A drink would be nice, for example the one Caernorhabditis posted in the drink thread.
Edit: night frog.

I am quite good thank you CE, my A-levels are proceeding well, and I will *hopefully* end up with grades of ABC (History, Law and Information Technology respectively). I'm hoping for a place to read History at Bristol Uni. Kam's there, so that should be interesting!
@ Boy, I'm good thanks my man, and you? I noticed in your profile you hail from Vermont. I am glad to say that when I visited Canada during the summer, I got to visit Calgary and found the place to be pretty damn great. Recommend a visit to Vermont?

Ahah, so you are one of those people that don't like to be asked how they are, so reply minimistically or strangely to discourage the practice? If I remember rightly, our friend CE also carries out this practice.
I love Animal Farm. I have an illustrated copy, and it is quite delightful to read it again after a little while. One of my preferred pieces of literature.

Muhuahahaha...I dossed and came out with a pathetic 6 A*, 4 A and a B. Don't worry frogus, you'll do fine. The mocks are often harder than the real exams...all of my teachers expected at least a grade's improvement.
