been working all weekend...

...had to lug around my dumbbell in my packback on one arm since one of the straps ripped due to too much weight....and my wings are in extreme pain

I hope so too...I dont mind the pain...its just that today is shoulder day and if my wings hurt...well I cant do anything because it will hurt but most of all it will lower my weight limit

.....and I dont want to put it off for too long...
