I kinda like having T3-M4 around. He's not bad with blasters, and unparalled in hacking, repairing, and all those other really useful skills.

No. Droids with this Repair can to an extent repair themselves, and non-droid characters who possess Repair can heal them, too.

if you repair Hk-47 all the way he will develop a auto repair thing (like canderous)

How can another party member repair a droid? This is for KotOR 1, right?

Is there any way for a Droid to heal other than Repair?
