I am in the final battle, How do I regenerate
The Silver Sword of Glith

I have used it's power, However i need to
destroy the Pillars inside.

Please remember to put a SPOILER tag on a thread like this, that gives away information. I'll change the title for you. In the future, you'll need to do this yourself, or it's a good bet your threads will mysteriously vanish.

And to answer your question, under the "use" option of the sword you should see something like "meditative restoration" or something like that. It is just like resting, but can be done in places where resting is not allowed. Although I do believe that you cannot do it in battle, so you might be hurting for the final battle.
