Anyway to reset physical changes when adding physique, toughness, or health?

Is there any way to revert the body type of the character so that he looks the way he did at 18, when you just started out?

Also, any way to get rid of scars and the weird morphs that happen when you become extremely good or evil?

Not possible for both of them. You will need to use mods to do that, if you're playing the PC version, that is.
