They key is to look inside ourselves, find what we really need, and in the process, cast off all things that burden our lives and interfere with the internal journey that we all must take as part of our pilgramage to a deeper understanding of our self and the world which we inhabit.

To be, one must achieve wellness between the mind and soul, one must know oneself, before enlightenment can set in, but one must Be what one is before we can truly ascertain the depths of our soul.

It is good that you have all come to this place. May the word spread.

Yes, but the path to enlightenment, and to *be* cannot begin until we *know*. In order to *know* ourselves, we must learn to ignore the what we *think* and embrace what is *true*. Enlightenment will come when we *know* what it is we are *charged* to do. Until then, we shant *be*, but merely *exist* in limbo...
