Hi all.

I have a suggestion for the site. A vendor list, or an item list that vendors sell.

For example, I have found the Nether vendor in Skuldoon. I bought a bunch of stuff. However he didn't have Dried Homonculous. So, I used the moonstone to go to Fargrove and Arndale to see if the vendors there had it. I also visited the witch in the Devil's Marsh, and again had to eat her cat vomit stew to get a look at her items. She didn't have it either. I don't know if this item can be bought or not, and if so, from whom.

I also have come across a few shrines. I have no idea what they do. Are they useless or do they serve a function? I have figured out that the 'rune shrine' is for the elven sword. And there are two shrines in the Forbidden Lands that the walk through talk about, but what of the rest?

You must find such an homoncoulous and sell it to Feros Duul. Then you can buy as many as you want. But before you find one somewhere in the wilderness they aren't sold anywhere. By the way, there's a thread "Good Items available and not available (spoiler alert)" in this forum that also includes a TREALIST.TXT file showing which items can be acquired where.

Some of the shrines don't have any function. The "Rune Forge" was originally intended to be a source of uber items where you'd go to after completing your third tier class (there are speech files for all the guild master NPCs telling you about the rune forge but they aren't used by the game). But unfortunately all versions of this game (even 1.5) still have a ton and a half of unfinished or unimplemented features, and that's why there are shrines that cannot be activated. Heck, in 1.4 and earlier there was even a locked door that could not be opened because the key couldn't spawn ever!
