Please Help!!!

I went into my 'Options' menu to try and make the game run faster on my computer. I don't know what I did but now Geralt keeps walking backwards. How can I fix this as it is quite annoying? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried closing the game and starting it back up? I remember that's what I did when Geralt starts continuously walking to the left even though I didn't press the left button.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I did try closing and opening the game but that didn't work. I downloaded the lastest game patch from Microsoft for Vista and that seems to have now fixed the problem. Hopefully, it will stay that way. The game is also running amazingly faster.
