Before we start I would like to say, yes....I am a power gamer; this is the fun part for me. So I want to make this built as powerful as possible. With that said, lets get started.
I get 13 Powers to choose from, right now I have
Full Speed(3)
Full Push(3)
Full Lightning(3)
Full Drain Life(2)
Full Dominate Mind(2)
I am def accepting criticism on these
As far as feats go, I get 10 to choose as my own (not counting my starting scout feats and the 8 I get for free as a Scout8/Sentinal12) , for sure I know I want to max out Conditioning, and if there is room in the built I would like the heavy armor feat just so I can wear all the armor, but beyond that I would really like input.
Stats will be worked around the final power and feats built, and Skills I need no help with.

I'd get force wave instead of something (you can already have it on level 15 while your force lightning only on 18). Also, are you sure you want to go to level 8 scout? Why not 6?

i was about to say you should only be a lvl 5 scout atleast that way u end up getting 10 feats in the game not including the first 1 and 2 lvls of implant

Force wave is the last lvl of Force Push, the (3) means I took all the lvls of that force power.
Why not 8? haha

At lvl 8 I get the 3rd lvl of implant for free and UD2 for free and still end up with 10 feats (but thats counting my starting feat so I guess your built would have 11). But since I want Implant 3 I might as well take the free feat of UD too

What 10 feats do you chose usually?

Well, lvl 5 gets you more force powers and points while lvl 8 doesn't. It makes more sense to change at 5 for the extra powers then at lvl 8 to get feats quicker. It also makes sense if you were going Guardian or Consular, but as you're not, it doesn't matter. About your powers, dominate mind is useless as persuade does the exact same thing, sometimes with more success. You can get more darkside points by intimidating people then by manipulating them none too subtly. There are almost no instances where dominate mind beats persuade unless your persuade skill is under 15.
You should get
Burst of Speed: 1-2-3
Energy Resistance: 1-2
Fear: 1-2-3
Shock: 1-2-3
Drain Life: 1-2
You don't need wave if you're taking lightning, so drop it. Insanity works better for keeping groups of enemies stunned as you slice them up one at a time. Wave makes it hard to get to those enemies and by the time you're there, they won't be stunned anymore. Energy Resistance is a better choice than dominate mind because it absorbs the first 20 damage of pretty much everything except slashing, bludgeoning and piercing damage. And you hardly encounter those types except at the end once you get your lightsaber.
or you could get
Cure: 1-2
Burst of Speed: 1-2-3
Energy Resistance: 1-2
Stun: 1-2-3
Force Wave: 1-2-3
This is the lightside version of the first one.

An additional comment about the above post:
Energy resistance is one of the best force powers. The effect lasts for 120 seconds. Your force points will regenerate long before the power wears off, even if you are in a battle.

It also helps in almost every situation except against melee opponents which are in short supply after Taris, and you can simply equip a Madalorian Melee sheild to avoid getting hurt.
