henchmen questions

is it true I can only hire 1 henchmen at a time? and therefor I can only do 1 henchmen's quests in chapter 2 and 3? since I cant go back to the city core or have all join me

Every henchman will transport to other chapters as well, so you can hair anyone you want and thus do all the henchman quests in each chapter.

thanks. Where do I find the henchmen in chapter 2 though?

IIRC from the barracks, same building as where you can find Lady Aribeth and Aarin Gend.
