8 million with ToB installed, Drunk. Although with the vanilla game, and without exploiting any XP farms, you won't get that high.

Rather if you have a party of more than two or three individuals. Soloing, you are able to cover most of it before leaving Chapter 2. It just requires you to do every quest you can.

Eight million exp will get you to about level 31, 34 or 40, depending on what class you choose, assuming it's a single class too.

I have hit it, even with a multi-person party, but only after ToB.
1 million comes from the "Deck of Many Things" and I do lots of quests.
I think some tunnels in ToB and Demagorgon in WK can spawn enough to count as 'farming', even though Demagorgon's summonings are very tough to beat and can't be left on 'autopilot'.

This is NOT d20. It's based (somewhat loosely at times) on AD&D 2nd edition rules.

If you mean is your chance of hitting an opponent decided by 'rolling' a twenty sided die, then the answer is yes.
