I say: if you havent Fable played it at all: Yes
if you already played the original Fable: No
EDIT:
Guess Ill have to put some arguments in
Well, as you might know, the game is somewhat short. But I think that is countered by the extra time you get from re-playing it. I find Fable (TLC) a nice game to re-play. Since you can make many choices at different quests. (I even needed to search some of the options at quests at this sites walktrough)
Also, I find that this game has very few little bugs. Compared to many other games of the RPG adventure thing genre, the bugs are small and few.
The graphics arent the best, but the game is still beautiful. You dont need high end textures for a game to look good. Who's going to view the crack in the baste of a tree anyway?
Oh, and see the screenshots around the internet to see if you like the graphics.
If you buy the game for the pc: You dont need a high end video card to maximize it. However, make sure you dont have a cad that does not meet the minimum requirements. The game does look terrible at minimum resolutions.
As my last argument: If you like games where you end up as the all powerful warlord wizard guy, able to kill every citizen you meat, this is your game.
I had tons of fun just doing some free roaming and killing enemies (or neutral civilians) on every possible way.
cheers,
