BGT vs. TuTu

Using "Search," I see that back in 2005 TuTu was arguably the better mod.

What do people think about BGT vs. TuTu these days?

Also, is it simply a matter of importing your BGI-TuTu character to SoA to continue the game?

Thanks,

as far as i know, BGT is no longer supported, whereas tutu is, so tutu is probably the better option in that respect. i've never tried BGT but recommend tutu, esp with the npc project.

and yes you just export your character.

I'm currently playing BG1 with the resolution mod, damn it's better than Tutu. :)

But those resolution mods won't let me be a sorcerer in BGI, right? :P

Unfortunately that's correct

I don't use either. I am quite happy with BG1's resolution and just importing my character into BG2 if I wish.

I do like better resolution, but I agree, BGI is great as it is...unless you want to be any of the new classes or a half-orgre. Seeing as I want to be a sorcerer this time, and next time a wild mage, vanilla BGI won't cut it. :)

Anyhow, even with TuTu, you need to import your character into BGII, I believe.
