Possible Spellcasting bug

I just started MotB as a Druid, and I can't seem to be able to memorize or use spells level 5 or higher.
You need a 15 in Wisdom to cast 5th level spells. Is that it? You will need a 19 Wisdom to cast 9th level.
Also did you assign them to be memorized? And did you rest to learn them?
You also need to be a 9th level Druid (not just character level).
