I plan to play the series from Candlekeep to the end of TOB without using cheats (haven't played the game without cheats in a long time!) but heavily altered via TuTu and the fix/tweak packs.

So here are my questions:
After installing BG1+ToTSC and BG2+ToB, what is the order of installing TuTu, the G3fixpack, and the G3tweakpack?

Also, I would like some character creation ideas!
I want to play a character that "makes sense". In the past I played Barbarians a lot, but that doesn't really make sense. Raised by a wise sage, my character is... a barbarian?
Since the protagonist spent a lot of time with Gorion (mage), and a lot of time with Imoen (thief) and was tutored by the local guards (fighters), it would make sense that they have some spellcasting and theiving abilities along with being able to fight. I was thinking of playing either a fighter/mage or a Blade. Both seem fairly weak to me (I'm used to powergaming) but this time I was thinking of "role"playing and giving the character 3 Charisma and making them a Tiefling with maybe stats like 14, 16, 17, 20, 8, 3 (high intelligence cuz of Gorion, but low char cuz it's the child of a dead evil god) and sometimes doing good guy things, but other times doing bad guy things, and then ultimately picking an alignment to stick with in SoA to play out ToB with.
I've just ranted. Yay!

Well, unless you use shadow keeper, you can't get 20 intelligence at character creation. Same for being a tiefling. Also, being the child of Bhaal wouldn't give you three Charisma because no one outside of Candlekeep (rather no one except Gorion, Thethtoril and Ulraunt) know of your heritage. In fact, aside from your companions and a few other individuals, no one is aware of what you are until the last expansion.

Also, you should stick a "spoiler" tag in the title as you being a god-child is a big one.

The class to choose, for me, would be a bard. Thieving abilities, Magic, a bit of fighting prowess. Keep in mind that not everyone in Candlekeep is a "mage", so it would make sense to have a fighter type as well.

A wise sage would raise someone up to make the best use of whatever attributes they have, well at least they would if the character had similar goals to their own. So if the character's main strenghts lay in high dexterity, he would raise him as a thief, if in intelligence, then a mage and so on. Nobody in their right mind would have tried to train David Beckham to be a barrister, or Jonah Lomu to be an Olympic Swimmer for example.

If you want to "make sense" Elf, Dwarf, Gnome are all out. The protagonist is described as being slightly older than Imoen and considered very young. I'd estimate late teens. At 20 years, an Elf, Dwarf or Gnome would be way too young to be able to fight.

Most people would eliminate Druids, Rangers and Barbarians also.

Not to mention that your mother appears as one of the "taller" races.

I'm pretty sure she shows up as the same race you do (in ToB, if you're talking about the only time I can think of her showing up).

Bard, mage/sorcerer and fighter are your best bets. Monk maybe. Cleric to me is out because apparently the only church there is Deneir (or is it Oghma?), Nerd gods. I agree with rangers, druids, and barbarians being out since they are 'wilderness' classes and I vaguely remember it being stated that the character has never been outside the walls of Candlekeep prior to BG1.

I wish they would have added a cleric of Oghma kit as they are seen throughout the games. Maybe even a cleric of Waukeen/Tymora.

Well, technically, the entire Baldur's Gate you play through as a cleric, so you can say that you are just an initiate looking at which faith is right for him (or her). Only when you reach Shadows of Amn can you choose a deity to follow.

Although, from all the deities, Helm probably makes the most sense, considering the number of their churches you encounter.
