HoW controls

I just got HoW and it came with no instruction book =(, can someone please tell me the controls for getting back your character sidebar(on the left) i mistakely hid it. I also managed to make the game go full screen, no side bars or bottom bars whatsoever, I'd appreciate it if somebody would tell me the control to change that too.

It's all in the PDF file on one of the disks you bought.

You pressed a letter key on the keyboard, I'm guessing. I think it's Y, but it might be H. Hit a few letter keys and it will reappear.
